This policy applies to appointments booked with Cure For Eyes, including both teleconsultations and in-clinic visits, and to payments made through our website, payment links, or the clinic reception. The same simple rules apply across all channels.

Please note: Refunds under this policy cover appointment fees only. Products and services already availed (such as spectacles, contact lenses, prosthetics, vision therapy sessions, and any consumed clinical service) are non-refundable once dispensed or delivered or booked, as costs have already been incurred on your behalf.

01 Appointment Cancellations

You can cancel any appointment free of charge as long as you do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made closer to the appointment incur a fee.

02 Refund Policy

Refunds apply only to appointment fees for appointments cancelled within the cancellation window described above. Products and services already dispensed or delivered or booked are non-refundable. Here is how the process works.

Eligibility

Refunds are available only for appointment fees when the appointment is cancelled within the specified cancellation window. Late cancellations are eligible only for the balance after the 50% cancellation fee.

Products and services already availed (spectacles, contact lenses, prosthetics, vision therapy sessions, lab tests and any consumed clinical service) are non-refundable as the cost has already been incurred.

Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the cancellation request. The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

Method of Refund

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction. The amount is credited back to the original card, UPI account, netbanking source, or wallet.

Need to request a refund? Email cureforeyes@gmail.com with your booking reference, date of appointment, and reason for cancellation. We will acknowledge within one business day.

03 Rescheduling Appointments

Plans change. Rescheduling is always free as long as you give us at least 24 hours’ notice. The same rule applies to both consultation types.
