All fees for services — including teleconsultations, in-clinic consultations, vision therapy sessions, spectacles, contact lenses, prosthetics, and any other eye care service — will be collected on our website at the time of booking or order. Fees displayed on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payment Methods
We accept a range of secure payment methods for your convenience:
All transactions are routed through PCI-DSS certified payment gateways; we do not store full card numbers, CVV, or UPI PIN on our servers.
Currency
All payments — including those for international services — will be processed in Indian Rupees (INR). If you are paying with a non-INR card, your bank will apply its own currency-conversion rate and any associated fees, for which we are not responsible.

Once confirmed, you will receive an appointment reference, the scheduled date and time (IST), and joining details where applicable. Please join teleconsultations on time and from a quiet, well-lit space with a stable internet connection.
Cancellation
